Coronavirus has necessitated new protocol to provide treatments safely.

Your appointment

• We request that you wear a face mask until it is time for your treatment
• On arrival we will check your temperature with a digital thermometer
• Staff temperatures are also checked daily on arrival
• Lateral flow tests are available on site
• We then complete the client registration card

During treatments we use

• Face masks
• Disposable gloves
• Hair  coverings
  

The treatment room

•  Disposable barrier couch covers  are used
• The treatment bed and all contact surfaces are manually sanitised
• The room is then UV-C sterilised
• We allow 60 minutes for this process between appointments
• All rooms are ventilated
• Hand sanitiser is available in each room
• Single use disposable sterile probes
• All reusable accessories and equipment are sterilised before use
